These Terms govern your use of the Quantelis production quality-inspection platform and related services. By accessing or using Quantelis, you agree to them.

Service Description

Quantelis provides human-guided augmented AI software for developing, deploying and maintaining visual inspection models in production environments.

Account and Licence

Access requires a valid licence or written service agreement. You are responsible for protecting credentials and ensuring that only authorised personnel operate the platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious data, or use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Data Processing

You retain ownership of production images and associated data. You authorise Quantelis to process that data only to provide the agreed inspection, model-development and support services.

Limitation of Liability

Inspection models are decision-support systems and must be validated for each production use case. Customers remain responsible for quality controls, safety procedures and final release decisions.
